To secure your booking we ask for a £50 deposit, please make cheques out to " McBretney Associates "
(sorry but we do not currently take credit or debit cards).
Full payment can be made by cash or cheque - up to the cheque card limit.
If you have to cancel, we will refund deposits (less a £5 handling charge) up to three weeks beforehand. After that, refunds are only made at our discretion if we can relet the room.
We recommend you take out holiday insurance.
We do not accept responsibility for valuables left in accommodation Check in time is between 3.30 and 6.30pm on the day of arrival. Earlier or later arrivals by prior arrangement to be sure we are in. Check out is by 10am on the day of departure.
If you have luggage being delivered by baggage handlers, please let us know so that we can agree where it will be left for safe keeping.
